Meet Brit and Lisa, a dynamic duo with an extraordinary blend of expertise and experience. Lisa, a former judge and prominent family law attorney who owns The West Firm, and Brit, a highly regarded therapist and the owner of the Healing Life Institute, have made waves in the media, featured in outlets like Psychology Today, CBS News, and Good Day Atlanta.
But for these two incredible women, the accolades and recognition aren't what brings them the most joy. Their true passion lies in empowering individuals to be strong and calm when dealing with narcissists with the only online therapist/attorney-led course NARC-B-Gone! They are known as the "Narcissist Whisperers," and they've earned this title through their unwavering dedication to changing the game.

Hi, I’m Bridgette, known as Brit by friends and family.
I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia, the founder of Healing Life Institute, and named the top therapist in the cities I serve. I have been recognized by Atlanta Self Magazine as one of the top 40 over 40 positively impacting her community. I also wrote and co-created co-created NARC-B-Gone with my dear friend and fellow narcissist whisperer, Lisa West.
Fun fact about me: In the early 2000s, I co-hosted a popular college football show where I made game predictions against my fellow host, Jim Donnan, who was a former UGA football coach"

Hello, I'm Lisa!
I'm a graduate of the University of Florida. As a former judge and the owner of the West Firm, I've encountered some fascinating situations, including representing high-profile clients and being featured on media outlets like CBS news. However, one of the most rewarding experiences has been collaborating with my close friend, Brit, to create NARC-B-Gone and empower people to be strong and calm in the presence of narcissists.
Fun fact about me: I'm a dedicated Gator fan, having spent my college years at the University of Florida.
What I cherish most about Brit? She's the kind of friend who never fails to bring a smile to my face. We share a passion for the Gators, and we can spend hours discussing strategies to combat narcissism. Brit is, without a doubt, a true 'narcissist whisperer!'
Together, we are committed to empowering men and women to make lasting changes in their lives and create a happier, healthier future.

Ashley Gottschalk is a valuable addition to our dynamic team and brings a wealth of expertise and experience in therapy and narcissism.
As the Clinical Director of the award-winning Healing Life Institute, she's not only a top therapist but also an expert in EMDR therapy and her community impact earned her recognition as one of Beauty Magazine's "Top 40 Over 40."
She holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked for DFACS, adding a unique dimension to her skill set.Her dedication to empowering individuals aligns seamlessly with our mission and she'll play a pivotal role in leading our coaching programs, drawing from her extensive knowledge and experience.
